Shipping policy
222TwinFlame will no longer be replacing packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by USPS. I will only replace a package if there was somehow a typo on my end when creating the label. I will be figuring out how to add an insurance option to orders moving forward.
Over the last couple of years since starting 222TwinFlame I have had to replace about 20 packages due to USPS losing them, delivering to wrong address, or them being stolen. Up until now I always replace the order for free but at this point it is no longer a sustainable option for me to continuing doing so because I lose so much time and money which could be spent on creativity. This idea hard conclusion for me to come to because I want every customer to be happy and get what they ordered but I can no longer afford to be at fault for USPS mistakes.
