Refund policy

When shopping with us, you are agreeing to our no refund policy, along with our exchange policy. Our exchange policy states that exchanges can only be made if sizing issues were our fault. Exchanges are not permitted when there are slight variations in tie dye colors. Every product includes a description that states that there may be slight variations in colors due to the uniqueness of ice dying. Custom orders are especially included in this policy, as when you order a custom you are asking me to bring an idea to life so there are many possible outcomes for tie dye. if you prefer to order exactly what’s pictured then i suggest shopping my growing ready to ship section! i want to cater to everyone’s needs while still prioritizing mine too. Each product has many hours of work, my love and money put into it 💕

To be eligible for an exchange due to sizing issues that were at our fault contact us through email. Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was recieved in.

Damages and issues
If your product is damaged due to washing it incorrectly (braided products must be hand washed or washed in a mesh wash bag on the gentle cycle) and hung to dry, then you will not be eligible for an exchange. 

If you have always correctly washed your pieces from me and a braid comes loose then I can definitely repair this! 

If your receive your romper and the straps don’t fit you well (too tight / too loose) then this is an easy repair i can make for you! everyone’s torso lengths are different so i have run into a handful of rompers out of 500+ that i’ve had to shorten/lengthen the straps on.  

RefundsRefunds are not accepted due to each item being custom and hand made for each person! If there is a sizing or damage issue please contact us by email and I will do everything I can to resolve your issue by fixing / replacing your item.
